Practice Your Climbing Skills for Free at Cohen Park

After a long wait, the city of Des Moines has finally finished and opened Cohen Park. This is a unique park located near downtown Des Moines that offers new amenities for families. It is not your typical park with a playground. Family activities include boulder climbing and an interactive ball wall. Take a look at all the details below.

Cohen Park is located at 1000 Scott Avenue. South of the East Village in Des Moines.

Park Amenities

Overall this is a fantastic park for teenagers or adults. The boulders are similar to ones you would find at a climbing gym that would require a membership.
